Refund Policy

At deurklu, your satisfaction is our priority.
However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

Return conditions

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
They must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
All return requests must be sent by email to  deurklu@gmail.com  , specifying your order number.
After your request has been validated, we will provide you with instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You can choose your preferred carrier, but we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure you receive your package.

Refunds

Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will process the refund within 15 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or model, please place a new order on our website.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
